5 Recommendations of the evaluation to get what they want and deserve

 I have the opportunity to speak with many women in the pricing and evaluation - both for themselves and their companies - to deliver two of my most popular seminars: the cost-effectiveness and the price negotiation. The ability for your courage, combined with strong negotiating skills are essential in determining  their own values and value yvalorla other in their place.

 The company usually determines the monetary value of the measures - in terms of earnings if you work in business, or income generated by your company, if you're an entrepreneur. In one of my newsletter, I asked subscribers to respond to the question of whether there are differences in the value that society places on the work done by women. Over 65% of subscribersagree that it is surprising, given the differenza.Non income gap between men, single women. But I also believe that women contribute to consult some of the devaluation that occurs. This makes me crazy? You bet. Just as you can cycle? I'll give you some examples.

 Do you think the last time I changed jobs, asked for a promotion or appointment to the job I wanted, and perhaps necessary. Then came the time to  ask the salary or compensation they deserve quesilvestres, chet what did you do?

 Many women say they are guilty of what the term "psychological" one. Instead of asking what they wanted, had a conversation with him is, why not get what they wanted. The result of the injury questions less than what he wanted or deserved, and in many cases below what could have received. This sends a subtle message that we appreciateions ourselves and the company is not required.

 Chosespeuvent do to stop this cycle of devaluation of women in society and the effort?

 1. Take inventory of yourself and identify your unique value proposition.

 2nd Identifying skills and needs time for the regular practice of skills.

 3rd Helping other women, a very valuable contributions.

 4th Yrken eliminate self-talk to enhance their self-esteem.

 5th Pamper yourself with itself is lal respect and value you provide to colleagues.

 And finally, remember to believe in their value and more!
